I’m getting security header not valid when setting up the Website PayPal Payments Pro.

I have all the correct info in it and its in testing mode but its coming up with this error?

What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi,

Is this problem appearing with the default OpenCart theme?

If no, we will need your website ftp and admin access. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi there,

I have just had someone try and purchase a product off my website and they are getting a pop up box saying ‘Security Header Not Valid’ after they enter their credit card details (to be securely processed by PayPal) in and then click Confirm Order button which is not allowing them to make the purchase.

I am using Opencart version 1.5.1 and I believe it is Shoppica version 1.5.1.3.

Can you please advise how this can be fixed?
Do you need my ftp details as per your reply to lgblazz on the 27th May 2012?

Many thanks and I look forward to your reply.

At first sight this appears to be a non Shopipca issue. Please, enable the default opencart theme and try to make and order. Then post here if it works or you get the same error.

Thank you for getting back to me, it is all sorted out now. It had to do with the PayPal API credentials. I just had to remove the existing ones I had in Opencart and create new API credentials and put them into Opencart and it all worked.
Thank you,
Heidi
