Hello ,

We have purchased the Shopca and working on it. Just having a small problem when working with the Woocommerce. The Features procut section on the home page is broken down, kindly have a look at this URL and provide the relevant suggestion:

Hi,

Delete Featured Products widget and add it again, this will fix the problem.

Hello,
We have tried to add the Featured Products widgets but the problem is the place where it is to be added has no titles , like Sidebar1, Sidebar2 ..etc so that actually add it. Also we can’t remove that thing as well. Please see the screenshot attached.
The Green Mark section is the one where the title is missing and the redbox is the place where we have added the Featured Products Widget.

OK, done that . Now what settings do we need to do? We have added the widget inside the sidebar but it is not showing up with the Featured products in the home page. Do we need to edit in the product section??

Hi,

For homepage featured products you don`t have to add anything with sidebars.

Go to your homepage and enable Visual Composer, delete your Featured Shortcode and add it again and this will do the trick.

Before we do anything please update to Woocommerce 2.0.5 and Shoppica 1.2.2, you are using old ones.
