Slider Loading Problem with IE9

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeSlider Loading Problem with IE9

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

I am working on the Shoppica 1.21 theme.

When I visit the home page with a intro with IE 9, the Intro slider images are all shown all together, mostly shown on the top left.

I browsed through and found a similar problem was addressed in Feburary and you came up with a fix, which was .ls-container {
visibility: hidden;
}

I added the same code on my Custom CSS (Global), but it does not solve the problem.

Would Shoppica 2 need another patch or code to resolve the problem?

The following is a previous message posted on the forum.

Best regards.

Hi,

We added the fix in version 1.2.1, if you are using older version add this to your styles:

.ls-container {
   visibility: hidden;
}

Hi,

Perhaps, you are referring to Shoppica for WordPress (you have posted this topic in the Opencart category)?

We will need to take a look at your website in any case.

I am having the same problem. All images load top left for a split second before working correctly. Did this get resolved?

I think mine is more of an issue with not calling the javascript as the demo version works fine. Would support take a look for me please?

thanks

@DSMGBLTD,

The problem to your slider is that you selected a slider which is empty and there is no slides.

We just switch it to Sample slider and it works.

Hello,

Did you delete the demo slider? It is imported after theme activation.

We imported it, and now you can use it.
