Hi,

We will need the admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We’ve tried to add a title layer and everything seems just fine.

However, please have in mind that saving of slider settings is made with AJAX and you need to way until the save button becomes blue again. Sometimes, you may need to refresh and re-save slider settings.

Hello JM,

Which browser do you use? We are with Firefox and there seem to be no problem. You can check your slider again; it shows the H2 element perfectly.

Before we change it, the 6th layer was saved as an image layer. Changed it to H2 and it appeared.
