I am working on a children’s clothing e-commerce site for a client and there are several display issues, but I am unsure how to address this particular one.

On several pages throughout the site, there are certain images that display as a single pixel, so it looks like they are missing.  When you click on the specific product, you can see that the image is indeed there. Here is an example:

The “Blue Seersucker John John with Lobster” and the “Green Seersucker John John with Navy Monogram” do not show up on the Featured Products page, but do display on the individual product page.

Additionally, I am unsure as to why some of the individual product images appear with a square ration while others are rectangular. All of the original live model images are sized the same but display differently throughout the site.

Any assistance is identifying the source and how to fix would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
