Some very serious issues.

Please, support team, help me sort out these problems. 1 – The slideshow is aligned to the right for some reason I cannot understand. I simply uploaded the files and the slideshow simply shows that way. I need it to be aligned to the rest of the site, a bit to the left. 2 – The menu, when the subcategories menu drops down, it drops down to the right as well making the last parent category “Piercing Info” look wonky when I hover it. The subcategories drop down to the right making a navigation bar appear on the bottom of the page. 3 – The Facebook widget does not show properly. It doesn’t show the layout of the theme but the normal Facebook app layout. 4 – Last but not least, NONE of my vqmod extensions are working. Not a single one of them. They stopped working randomly because they were all working normally. I have a new issue. When I hover my products, the options to add to cart, compare and wishlist are not showing and when I add a product to the cart the popup saying “product added” is not showing anymore. Please, support team, help me!	piercingpirate

I managed as well to fix my vqmode. PLEASE, THEME BURN SUPPORT, HELP ME WITH MY MENU, FACEBOOK AND PRODUCTS. I believe the hovering on product and pop up are javascript related. I already uploaded the javascript files again overwriting the old files and still doesn’t work. And its stopped working randomly. I even re-uploaded the whole theme and still doesn’t work. Hi, 1) The Facebook widget cannot be custom styled anymore. The option to import custom styles inside the widget has been removed from Facebook, since the start of this year. 2) The product listing problem is most likely caused by wrong AppID and/or Channel Url for the Facebook widget. Can you try to remove them? 3) The menu problem may result from the same Facebook widget wrong AppID / Channel url. 4) About all non working extensions; you can list all extensions here with a link to the extension’s page. If there are commercial extensions, we will need the zipped xml integration files. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hello. I managed to fix my extensions but the product listing/adding to basket and the menu problem still persists. I tried to change the Facebook channel address as I don’t use an AppID. I even disabled the Facebook widget but the problem remains. Is there any other way to fix it? Thank you.	piercingpirate

Hi, We’ve checked again your website source and it seems that part of the footer section is missing (closing body tag, some theme related JS). Can you try to reupload `catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/common/footer.tpl` as the file may be corrupt? Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
