Special offers only visible to registered users

Hi Guys, I’ve created a Special Offers page that appears in the footer menu as well. How can I set up that this pages is only visible when a user signed in? I want to do the same with reward points. How can I ensure that reward points for products are only visible for registered users? Many thanks, Mate	matekvcs
