this is what I get if i was a normal customer browsing the site… but I know there are 30 products from my sellers on special offer.

When I log in

they are all there.

Is there something I need to do to activate it please? Got a few pissed off sellers I need to make happy again.

Hi,

Do you have any cache enabled? We’ve recently found a cache problem that causes some pages server wrong data. The patch can be found here:

P.S. If you are Mac user, be sure you remove all .DS_Store folders that could be created automatically on archive extraction.

Hi,

We will need the website admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

This isn’t a problem with the shopping cart… the specials page doesn’t show up at all! unless someone who has specials is logged in .. they can see them but an ordinary customer who comes to the site can’t.

I really need this sorting been too long in waiting!

Hi,

We’ve checked your website and here is what is happening:

1) You have 2 customer groups: Customers and Sellers

2) The default group, when somebody registers is Customers. Since the other customer group is disabled to be chosen during registration, all your users are Customers.

3) We’ve checked your database and all products with special prices you have have the special price set for the Sellers customer group. This means that since all your users are Customers, whey won’t see any Sellers special offers. Most of the special items were disabled as well.

Unfortunately, MM does not give sellers the option to choose customer group, when setting a special price. The only way to do this is from the admin panel.

In any case this is not the theme to blame.

Can you please tell me exactly what you did when you went into my cpanel / admin panel please?

Did you change anything?

I am now having problems editing the pavilion admin panel its taking forever to do when it used to be quite quick. I also get this

I am just trying to figure out whats gone wrong and how to correct it.

Hi,

We see you have your theme cache disabled. You will definitely have a performance gain, if you enable it.
