store front top menu overlap each other

I have a installed shoppica2 2.1.2 on OC 1.5.3.1 and have have issues as following:

1. the store front top menu overlap each other when hoover show as attached photo
2. the store front when add banner at right side on products page, the product menu tabs show as photo provided
3. when I set products images view by cloudzoom how can manage its gallary dispaly in grid instead of list

can you help?
