I’m also having issues when trying to add an image to the copy text of the article. See attached image. Nothing seem stop work for it.

I get the following error when trying to install the theme.ocmod.xml mod in Admin > Extension Installer

“Modification Pavilion theme is using the same ID code as the one you are trying to upload!”

I have since looked in the Admin > Modifications and noticed that the latest version is there. Must of added it automatically?

Thanks – I can now add images to blog posts. The images seem incredibly blurred, even when I add a good quality image, it still blurs it quite a bit. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

We will need to have a look at the live website and admin access to check your settings. We will also need a link to the problematic page.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
