Suddenly "Theme Options" doesn´t open

I don´t know why but suddenly “Theme Options” doesn´t open.

Please, help me to solve it.

We will need the ftp access, so we can check. Is it worked before?

Did you install any new plugin?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Yes, it is worked before.

Yes, I have install one plugin for SMPT e-mail to repair the Woocommerce issue with e-mails.

Did you made any other changes, UnoSlider?

This may be caused from a plugin, please disable all plugins except WooCommerce, to check. Then enable one by one.

Hi:

I resolved the problem making a cleaner of Core WordPress.

But now every single link of the web doesn´t works.

I will be open a new thread.
