Tag cloud decoration

I’m tring to use the tag cloud widget with regular decoration and clear words and I can not change the tag cloud format.

I also installed the “ultimate tag cloud” widget but the theme decoration is overiding the plugin style.

Any idea how can I change it?

I am using the woocommerce plugin.

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
