Technopolis OpenCart Theme + tawk.to

I installed the Technopolis OpenCart theme and also the tawk.to module but it is not displayed on the web tawk.to
Please confirm if it is compatible or is there any way that it works or exits any other compatible addons

Hi,

Does this extension work with the default theme? We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

We are currently investigating the problem with installing Technopolis. Once we got the theme up and running we will check the module as well.

Hi,

The module integrated fine. You only need to follow the guide to import third party modules to Page Builder and insert the module to the footer.

P.S. We’ve created and used a test tawk.to account, so do not forget to chage it.
