in addition to my first post….

i use the welcome module from extensions -> modules. i entered some text, selected an appropriate layout, choosed “content top” and enabled it. …but nothing happened!!

iam using oc 1.5.2.x and the newest shoppica theme.

could it be related to the fact that I have installed a German language pack (this was installed directly after the oc installation and before i installed the shoppica theme!) because i have similar problems with the shipping module…

thanks

PHP Notice: Undefined index: layout_id in /mnt/webh/e1/74/52607874/htdocs/oc/admin/view/template/module/welcome_extended.tpl on line 48

need some help! please!

Hi,

Can we get the website url and admin access, if possible.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi Derk,

The first error is appearing, when you don’t use images for your products in the product slider.

We haven’t received the second error though. We’ve activated product count for the category module, but faced no problems at all.

I have the same problem. There’s no error message, the text just doesn’t appear. I am currently upgrading my shop at http://new.twee-en-meer.be and the old one is at http://www.twee-en-meer.be.

@AnnekeF

The causes for your errors could be some (or all) of these:

1) You haven’t put text for all languages in your Welcome module (or any other multilingual modules)

2) You haven’t localized Shoppica as described here: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/add-new-language

3) You have deleted your catalog/language/english folder.
