Hi, good morning. A simple question
To backup my database is the same as to export, or different?
If it is different, please tell me the proceeding to backup my database, and please tell me the diference between one and another.
I know already how to export, thanks

Hi,
1) Database backup will save all your store data – categories, products, orders, theme settings, etc.
2) Theme export will only save theme settings.
There are two options to make an export:
1) Use the default OpenCart export tool from System > Tools > Backup/Restore. Import then can be made from the same place.
2) Use the PHPMyadmin server tool. Import then can be made with the same tool.

But I told you I already know how to export from Burnengine panel, and that is enough for me. PHP way is too hard for me.
But I ask you how to backup that is different to export. How to backup from Burnengine please?

Hi,
What do you mean by “how to backup?”. Once you export your settings, you can download then as a zip file that you can keep on a safe place.

The missunderstanding is from you.
You are ussing two diferent words, backup and export, so you are confussing me.
So I ask you another time:
Backup is the same than export, or different?
If they are different, please tell me how to backup, I know already how to export.
And please, if they mean the same, don´t use different words for the same action, you are confussing me
