Top menu – " Shop " with submenus linking to shop categories ??

I’m looking to have a website top menu of – Shop.
With category/submenu headings ( similar to ‘inside shop’ and ‘brands’)
With categories underneath each submenu heading.

If you could point me in the right direction of what to do or if this function is available this would be great.
