Hi, Is this problem appearing when using the default theme? We cannot confirm this problem locally and will need admin and ftp access to your installation. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, We see you are using a modified `catalog/controller/product/product.php` file, where the model value is overwritten. You need to restore the original OC file. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
