Trouble adding a new sidebar

Hi,

I’m having trouble adding a new sidebar on my homepage.

I tried the following steps: Shoppica Theme Options -> Layout -> Sidebars -> Dynamic Sidebars -> created a new sidebar “home”

I have set up widgets on what should appear in the sidebar “home”

On my homepage I selected my new sidebar “home” and then saved the page.

Result: the sidebar “home” does not appear on my homepage.

this problem repeats itself in new sidebars and sidebar “Single Product”.

What am I doing wrong?

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

“Single product” sidebar is used only when there is not set any sidebar for single product page not shop page or shop category.

@mostafamraafat if you want to display widget to this page, use “Products Page” sidebar.
