Hello,

I installed the theme pavilion a few minutes ago on the fresh install OC 1.5.6.4.

When I try to do anything and save settings on the Module menu I can’t get the confirmation!

Any idea how can I fix that?

Hello,

I did a clean install and import only a few data as a Category, Products, Orders and Costumers.

The CP Pavilion theme works right now fine! The problem now in on the Checkout page with the spin loading and when I press ADD TO CART I can’t see the Confirmation Message on the top page.

After change the URL on config files for SSL (https:// ), the CP pavilion can’t change changes:

I have been using shop pica for a long time and is awesome but this theme I think has a lot issues…

Both of your issues have been fixed. They are included in our upcoming update anyway, it just needs time to be approved from themeforest, that’s why we weren’t so fast with the answers.

Please, keep in mind that Pavilion has thousands more features than Shoppica, that’s why there are some minor issues that we are still fixing – there are hundreds of different hosting configurations and combinations and we are just not able to test everything. We rely on user reports and we are ironing out the issues as the theme matures.

We are very sorry that you rate our support so negative, but we are answering you according to our policy. As you could observe, there is currently extremely high pressure of the support, so we couldn’t answer very quickly, but we try to not delay the initial answers beyond two days. We would be happy if you reconsider this.

It was a javascript error in catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/checkout/guest.tpl, which was triggered only when there is no tax requirement for the current customer group. We fixed it and merged it into the next minor Pavilion update, so you don’t have to worry that it will come back after you update.
