Hi, Started working on the 2nd shop with OC and Shoppica and bumped into the following… When I tried to turn off the menu brands in the navigation they still show up in the information tab and in the footer menu. Can you please tell me how to turn the menu brands off in the information tab and footer menu? Thanks in advance, Dieter	Dieter

Hello Dieter, Have you noticed that you can disable the Brands from the Shoppica 2 CP > Store section > Brands toggle? Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi TB team, Yes i did notice that, what i mean is the “Menu brands toggle” in the navigation part from that store section. I think it should turn off the brand links in the footer and information menu, doesnt it? if it does not, what else does it do? Thanks, Dieter	Dieter

Hi mate, I am sorry, but I have misunderstood you Here is a brief explanation about the situation. Menu Brands toggle -> if enabled, creates brand filter for every top level cateogry. E.g. if you go to Clothes > Armani, all products from Clothes that have manufacturer Armani assigned will be listed. Brands toggle -> enables/disables the entire brands (manufacturer) front end functionality. Unfortunately, you will still need to insert some brand (could be a dummy one) for every product in the admin. Best, Svetoslav ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi Svetoslav, Thank you for your explanation, finally clear now! Unfortunately the Menu Brands toggle does not what i wanted it to do. So I need to remove the brand links from the footer and information menu myself. For the footer I have to go into the footer.tpl, thats clear. But can you tell me where i should go to remove the brands link from the information tab? I need to do it this way because i don’t need the brands feature as it is but I’m rebuilding it so it shows weight units. Regards, Dieter	Dieter
