Uno Slider image doesn’t refresh on Frontend when changed in Backend

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeUno Slider image doesn’t refresh on Frontend when changed in Backend

Hi,
I’m using the uno slider on the homepage my website which worked well so far but must admit I had only rare changes once in a while. Currently I’m running daily changing promo banners. I manually change them in the backend every night for the next day. Now I have extreme troubles because they don’t refresh on the frontend! Sometimes I’m lucky and it takes only the night and a few hours, sometimes there’s no change for a whole day or it doesn’t refresh at all! This is really difficult for me as I don’t see a solution and it is bothering the business! I’ve of course already tried to empty the cache but this doesn’t solve the problem…

Do you have a solution for this issue?

Thanks, Florian

Hello,

@flofe, please disable you cache plugin or clear cache after each change.

@georgelovestoast, We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

We just checked and there is not any cache. It may be browser cache. Try to reload your website with CTRL + F5 after changes.
