Unwanted Register Fields shows up again after update.

Hi,

Today I tried updating Shoppica from 2.2.2 to 2.2.4 on OC 1.5.5.1 and after doing the update, the unwanted fields for Registration ( Fax, Company, Business Type, Company ID, Tax ID) shows up again.

Even disabling them in my OC admin panel (which worked last time), it doesn’t work anymore. I did a backup before upgrading, so I uploaded everything back but it’s still not working.

I tried updating my OC to 1.5.6 and reupdating Shoppica to 2.2.4 but it still won’t work, any idea what should I do?

Hi,

Where you can disable account fields from? As far as we know the only fields you can control are Company No and Tax ID.

Do you have any customization or 3rd party extensions?

Sorry I mean disabling Company No. and Tax ID.

I did install some VQmod extensions, but I don’t think that’s the problem as the extensions were installed after I upgraded Shoppica.

Is there anyway I can remove the whole Fax, Company, Business Type and even Company No. and Tax ID?

Cause since it doesn’t work when I disable them in OC admin panel, I was thinking of removing them all as I won’t be using it.

I tried it with the default theme and realise the problem is still there, so I realised the problem should lies with OC and managed to get it fix though.

Can I ask something off the topic?

I’ve attached a picture, how do I add a border (dashed, dotted etc) along the red line and remove the grey square background on all header title even Theme Intro Image?

Thanks!
