Up Sell Error

After choosing a product as an up-sell I get the following error on my page:

Fatal error: Call to a member function visibility_meta_query() on a non-object in …/shoppica/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php on line 62

Please could you tell me how to resolve this.
