Hello,

We have tried few times to update your site, but after we try to login to FTP, we are getting blocked from your server and we no longer can access it (site, ftp, cpanel).

Is there any filter? Please disable it else we cant finish the work.

Dou you need FTP access?

I need to know your IP to see if was blocked and then unblocked it

Unfortunately, we were not able to update your installation yet, because we are working on new Shoppica patch which is very urgent, due to problem with the Add to cart and Payments.
