Hello,

I have backed up my site, however im scared that i might lose my settings when i replace the shoppica folder in the ftp. Is there a risk that i could lose all my settings? Can i save them?
I also have 2 shoppica folders in my themes, not knowing which one to replace?

Hear from you soon themeburn

Hello,

Always make a backup before you update theme version. Go to Theme Options -> Backup and backup your Theme Options. Also if you want you can copy code from your: “Transfer Theme Options Data” and save it in file on your computer.

Hello,

We tested it on 3 different installations and it worked without problem. Visual Composer is same version as before 1.3 update. Can you update it and then let us know to check where is the problem?
