When trying to order a product on the category or on the product page the product isn’t added to the cart, only after refreshing the website it is. The pop-up is also not showing.
Do you have any idea on how to get everything back to normal again?

Unfortunately, this is not a trivial error and cannot be resolved instantly; we’ll need some time to investigate. We also will need admin and ftp account for the problematic website (second link, first one everything works OK).

the first link works, because it is an older version of opencart and theme. It´s a redirection from our new server to the old one. How can I give you the account?

Your problem is wrong encoding in Shoppica translation files, as suggested here. Re-save your file with the right encoding and your issue will be gone.
