Wrong product queries.

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeWrong product queries.

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

I don’t know why this is happening but I’m having trouble with a few things, possibly something’s wrong with the queries.

- Search does not work, it just shows the latest products
- Pagination does not work, it just stays on the first page (= latest products)
- Filters do not work, it keeps giving the latest products. This happens when you’re on the shop page. When on a category page the filters do work properly.
- This is related to the filters: attribute pages do not work. Example: http://www.speelgoedzaak.nl/thema/politie/ – The products that come up are NOT products with “politie” as attribute. It’s just the latest products showing up.

We have a national holiday coming up so this is very urgent because we are expecting over a hundred orders. Please reply soon!

When I activate WooCommerce’s tool “template debug mode” everything works again. This confirms that there is something wrong with one or more shoppica theme files.

Is it possible that you fix it within this hour? I’ve set it to maintenance mode but can only do that for a short period of time.

Hello,

Woocomemrce 2.2.8 is not compatible with Shoppica 1.3.0!

The pagination problem is from WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation plugin.

The search problem probably is from plugin but you have to update to latest version of Shoppica, Woocommerce and WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation and then we will investigate.

My version is 1.5, I just didn’t change the css file because I have modifications in there.

Also when I deactivate WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation the pagination still remains on page one no matter what.

Hello,

You have to disable all plugins and check if the search will work, and then enable one by one.

We have tested on few installations and search function is working just fine, so this is not a theme bug.

Do you have the latest version of WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation plugin?

If you want disable Maintenance mode because we cant promise we can find the problem within this hour.

Yes, WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation is at the latest version but I modified something because it won’t work with shoppica unless I do this: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/advanced-ajax-layered-navigation-stopped-working
