I just installed Shoppica2 on the latest Opencart build, and am getting this error at the top of shop.

I have mirrored the file upload so all files are present…

This is in the server logs

PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘TB_THEME_ROOT/library/DataBag.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/rlcom/public_html/shop/tb_themes/shoppica2/library/Context.php on line 3

Re- download the Shoppica package from your themeforest account and re-upload the tb_themes/shoppica2/library/Context.php file from the package to your server. Clear your error log and watch if it gets full again with the errors you have posted above.
