Opencart 1.5.5.1 and Shoppica 2 – version 2.2.2 gives many errors.

found these errors with W3C Markup Validation Service page and with default template is 0 errors. So there is no problem with opencart and default theme. Is this shoppica theme faulty?

Hi,

Shoppica has never had a valid HTML markup.

This doesn’t mean that we serve broken HTML, however. The main (validation) problem comes from the html strict doctype, since it doesn’t accept any custom tags, which the Facebook or Google + use.

Anyway, the validator warnings should do no harm at all.
