WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation from Woothemes not working in Shoppica

I purchased the WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation plugin so that people can filter attributes with checkboxes. I installed the plugin but when you click the checkbox nothing happens. I appears the checkbox is not loading.

I deactivated plugins to see if anything conflicted, but the plugin still does not work. It must be a theme issue.

I used this site to try and understand but adding the filters they suggest does not work either

I hope someone can help me with this.

I activated it now on the shop. You can see how nothing happens when you click a checkbox.

We tried to fix the problem from WP Admin, but we cant do much without ftp details.

Could you please send us your ftp details?
