Woocommerce Downloads File Name on View Orders Page

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeWoocommerce Downloads File Name on View Orders Page

This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi,

I have installed the Shoppica theme in my woocommerce site but after I purchase a downloadable item and visit the “View Order” page it only shows “Download file →” under the product name.

How do change it so that it shows the file name after “Download file →” ?

Also why is the “Available Download” tab all jumbled up when you have the amount of downloads remaining showing?

Is there a way go get the “Available Downloads” in a table or similar layout to the “View Orders” page?

Hi,

On which page you have this:
Also why is the “Available Download” tab all jumbled up when you have the amount of downloads remaining showing?

Also for the “Download file →” you can get only product name but not file name.

Thanks for the reply.

I don’t understand, I was told a previous reply that you were working on a fix and will send me it when it is ready.

Woocommerce shows you the attachment name by default.

Please login to the test site posted above and check the “View Order” page as stated above and then when you click on the order you can see that it shows the file name when you select “Twenty Twelve” as the theme.

The jumbled up “Available downloads” page can be viewed by visiting “My-Account” and then selecting “Available Downloads” TAB after you log in to the test site.

The available download should be in a nice table like “Twenty Twelve” theme.

Please see attachment for “”Twenty Twelve” as the them” theme.

Thank you for the patch,

I have applied the patch but it is still not showing the file name next to “Download file →”.

It is only showing “Download file →” and nothing beside it.

Can you please check the test site i have posted above and have a look at the “view orders” page.

I have attached a screen shot of the page with the patch applied.

Also the “Available downloads” tab on “my-account” page has not been fixed.

When I view “My Account” on “Twenty Twelve” theme it shows the “downloads remaining” on the righthand side and the product name of the left but on the Shoppica “Available “downloads” tab it show both together on the left hand side (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED)

Can the Available downloads look like the “Twenty Twelve” theme?

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check about the patch.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

About the table with downloads, unfortunately, this is not a trivial modification and could not be covered by the free support offered by this forum.

Hello,

You have to upload files to your theme folder not your install folder.
