Woocommerce plugin – unable to remove product photos from article

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeWoocommerce plugin – unable to remove product photos from article

This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi,

I have 2 topics I need help with:

1. After connecting additional photos to my product articles I can’t remove/disconnect/replace them anymore. What can I do without having to delete the whole product?

2. Checkout Page: How can I move the “order notes” textfield located at the end of shipping address form to the cart page?

Here is all you need to access my backend:

Thx – flofe

Hello!

1) I tried this already but after marking the pictures I want to delete there is no “delete” button or similar… How do I actually remove the pictures from there without having to delete it from the whole media library irreversibly?

2) I’ll get get this sorted then with the woocommerce support…

Thx, flofe

Hello,

Yes, you are right, the only option is to delete it from Media library. With next woocommerce 2 version there will be option to exclude them.

Hello,

I’ve just upgraded to Woocommerce 2.0 and now I seem to have a bug on the product pages.
Just below the product it says:

Warning: uasort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /www/htdocs/w00ff3c0/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce-template.php on line 792

This also seems to keep extra pictures from being displayed (although the gallery feature is now included in the upgrade and I can add and delete pics)…

What would you suggest?

Thx, flofe

Hi,

We are on final stage testing WooCommerce 2, this is new version of the plugin with a lot improvements and new features. Tomorrow we will submit the patch for woocommerce 2 in ThemeForest.

Please don`t update to Woocommerce 2, until we upload the patch.

Thanks. What happens if I had already installed Woocommerce 2 before the batch is being released…?

Hi,

Tabs and few other features will not work.

You can install WooCommerce 1.6, until we release the patch.
