500 Internal error

This topic has been marked as not a support question.

Last few days, I have 500 internal error pop up in Admin panel and Check out page. (please refer to attached image)
I have consulted hosting company and they asked me to contact theme developer.
Do you know what could cause this?
Thanks

Hi,

Is this message popping out when using the default theme?

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Even with all modifications disabled (Admin > Extensions > Modifications), vqmods and default theme selected there are 500 server error messages in both store administration and front end.

The message from the checkout page when Pavilion is enabled disappears when you disable IP geolocation from Free Shipping PRO module. However it always appears on the second step no matter the theme and extension installed.

Since there are problems with Pavilion entirely disabled, this cannot be a theme related problem.
