everytime i add a new product to the store and i go to test it when i click on it it goes straight to the homepage instead of the description am i doing something wrong? look at it yourself

Does this happen with the default OpenCart theme?
Could you provide some more information? We may need your website address, admin and ftp access as well.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Did you rename your _root/.htaccess.txt to _root/.htaccess?
Your ftp details are not working by the way.

The manufacturer carousel is just a set of banners, that you need to update manually.
Go to Admin -> System -> Design -> Banners
You can edit the existing set or create a new one and then use it in the Carousel module.
