Hi,

Could you provide some more information? We may need a ftp access as well.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Generally, the cause for your problem could be:

1) Assigned option, but missing option values for the product
2) Missing translation for the option/option values
3) Some modification you have made.
