Background Image and Slider

Hi guys,

Great theme! Just having a bit of an issue with the homepage, slider and fixed width. I’m trying to add the slider (i’ve added the layered slider) and I’ve added a background image but it’s not appearing for some reason? I wanted the homepage to look exactly like your theme demo?

Any help would be great, I’m sure it’s something simple that i’m missing so I apologise but I just can’t see where to amend.
