The difference is in the features. The Shoppica banners have more features. You can have different banner sets for every language, for example. Just play with both the opencart default banner system and the Shoppica one and you will notice how they differ. The issue with saving the banner set is most likely related to your CP issue. Please, provide more info about your environment, so we can see live what’s going on. Regards, |

1. Make sure you meet the minimum OpenCart server requirements, especially the PHP version. It should be 5.2.+ Shoppica 2 won’t work with PHP 5.1.x. 2. Tell us the Shoppica version and the exact OpenCart version on which Shoppica 2 is installed. 3. Try to reproduce the bug with Shoppica theme disabled. Activate the default theme and see if the error continues to appear. Tell us about the result. 4. Try to reproduce the issue (if possible) on the official Shoppica 2 site. 5. If it’s a visual bug, don’t forget to supply the browser’s version. Also, it is always good idea to supply a screenshot and highlight the problematic areas. 6. Tell us if you’ve made custom modifications to the theme. If you have installed additional plugins or ‘vqmods’, try to disable them temporary and see if the error is still there. 7. Please, supply a link to your site so we can check live if needed. We may also need an access to the admin area. 8. Try to describe the exact steps to reproduce the bug. The bare information about the error existence is not always sufficient. We need to invoke the error an it must occur every time. For example: enter the product page, click on the ‘add to cart button’, go to checkout and you’ll see the error message. I go to modules. Enter CP and then control panel looks like the photo. |
