Blank screen on multi-store site, non Shoppica 2 stores display properly

Just installed Shoppica 2 to test on a demonstration store. Shoppica admin functions normally, but storefront just displays blank screen. Other storefronts are functioning normally with our previous theme.

Theme was installed per documentation without sample data and with manual edit of the index.php file.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
