checkout doesn't work with the latest firefox (ver 19.0)

checkout using paypal goes through step 1 to 5 fine, when redirected back from paypal, it got stuck on step 6, the ‘confirm order’ button is not shown, so the order cannot be completed. Seems to only happen on the latest firefox (ver 19.0).	caolei
