Colorbox not poping up – Checkout page – "I have read and agree to the %s"

Hi,
I just installed Shoppica 2 and in both my language I get this message at the checkout page (Payment method):
“I have read and agree to the %s”

The checkbox works but the %s is the link to the Terms. When I klick it I get a popup message saying:
“Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”

If I switch to the default theme it works.

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I have accidentally messed up some code.

Maybe there is something wrong with this line?

Line 50:

Hello Andrix,

The most probable reason for the missing page is that you have deleted it and haven’t assigned a new one in System > Settings > Option > Account / Checkout sections. Check the Account terms and Checkout terms dropdowns.

Yes I can see that now. I have been deleting a few term pages.

Sometimes it’s not as complicated as you think. hehe

Hi again.

I get this problem again after I upgraded to the latest version of OC and shoppica.

But this time I have choosen an option for:

“Checkout Terms: Forces people to agree to terms before an a customer can checkout”

But I still see the %s at checkout.

I don’t have any Account terms, but I don’t want that.
But if I choose account terms then the Checkout terms work.

Do you have any idea why this is not working now?

Before the upgrade I had only the checkout terms and it worked just fine.
