Error in theme frontend

Hello guys,

Thank you so much for the great work on this theme,

I have an issue, the theme was working perfectly since I installed it until now, I’m facing an issue where the entire website is down and show the message only “There theme module has not been installed. Please, enter the admin area and install CP module.” and I’m not able to login to it to install it, can you please help me asap.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We’ve tried to remove the user check and access the admin panel, but with no success. We can’t be sure what is the cause of this error, but it should not be connected with the theme.

What we would recommend is to reinstall OpenCart and Pavilion.
