Error: theme is like not installed

I faced this issue in the website.

This problem is usually caused when Pavilion module is not installed. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find ‘Pavilion CP’ and click ‘install’.

When i go to modules, and install the Pavilion PC. it shows me the same.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
