Hi, i can’t figure out how to feature a product and how to get it on the home page. I have used to visual editor, but i see nothing saying “Featured posts” the same goes for the “Latest Products”. I have read all the docs and i found no fixes.
Also i have read the Twitter post and downloaded the patch, but there are no instructions on how to use the patch. I tried to follow what people had said in comments, but they seem to have paths different than mine.
eg. “catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/common/footer.tpl”
I don’t have anywhere saying catalog, or Shoppica2 etc.
Maybe that’s for a different version that i have? Anyway, a fix would be great.

To make a product featured go to Products and click star icon and it will become featured.
You will need to register in order to post topics and read replies in the ThemeBurn.com support forums! About the Twitter there is no known bug in WordPress version, the patch you downloaded is for Open Cart version not for WordPress.

Ahhh ok, well my Twitter problem is that i type my username into the widget, click save and the username vanishes. and the widget has not saved it. Do you know what is happening?
I misunderstood the twitter post for the WordPress one because when you go to “Shoppica WordPress Theme” it’s the very first topic.

We tested this on 3 different installations and everything was okay.
We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

Hello,
You have conflict with “CevherLike Facebook Like Popup Plugin” we disabled it and set twitter to envato username.
You can go now and change it to yours.

Ohhh that’s weird because i only just activated that plugin. The problem was there before i activated it. Bizarre! But, i’ll not complain!

Hello, we were trying to fix the problem with Jetpack (maybe you see another theme activated).
We already try to disable/enable all plugins and theme but Jetpack didn`t worked.
Please contact your hosting company because something is blocking wordpress.com to your site.
Also “CevherLike Facebook Like Popup Plugin” doesn`t broke twitter, all admin layout is broken by this plugin.

Hey,
we just disable all the plugins to see from where the Twitter problem comes. And when you enable it its not working.
Please don`t do anything when we are trying to fix the problems because we overwrite each other!
We will let you know when categories is fixed.
