Fresh install, front page and shop page not working

Hi,

I installed this theme per the instructions (with the exception that I installed Woocommerce first, which is not mentioned).

My front page is garbled. No slider is shown by default – so I added this by editing the “Home” page – and the 4 shop items are shown stacked one on top of the other, rather than left to right in a grid as per this image: http://postimg.org/image/dj5q3t105/

When I go to the shop page there is no content accept for the text [productspage]

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can fix it.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

1) To insert home intro go to Theme Options -> Intro and choose layerslider for home page.

2) Go to Home, remove featured products widget from visual composer and add it again. Your products will appear in grid.

3) We fixed your Shop page, it was wrong in the Menu.
