Hi,
We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi guys, as wondering if you had the chance to look into this issue?
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
We’ve logged into your administration, but when we tried to access some admin pages we’ve been redirected to 404. When we tried again we even couldn’t log in. In fact the whole administration is inaccessible when using domain.com/admin and not www.domain.com/admin .
We’ve checked your .htaccess file, but it seems to be the default OpenCart one, so it shouldn’t cause problems.
What we can say for sure is that this is not Shoppica problem. You can try to ask your hosting administrators about these server redirection.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.
So all the Shoppica files are intact correct?
There’s nothing wrong with any of the uploaded files?
I will contact my host today and see what they say.
Thank you.

Hi,
We couldn’t find anything wrong with the Shoppica installation and the administration just trows us away.
We’ve tried again to login in the administration after we’ve cleaned all the cookies from your website and succeeded, but experience the same 404 errors. Hope this information could be helpful to your administrators as well.

Hi guys,
This is a bit frustrating.
My host says this is a Shoppica 2 theme error.
Here’s the thing, this error only occurs to me when I go set up an image on the “FOOTER” >> “PAYMENT”.
When clicking on the Image icon for “Image Manager”, that’s when everything messes up.
Is there a file that’s not running correctly in relation to the Image Manager setting?
Has something not been fully uploaded?
Please tell me how you guys would proceed in my situation.
Do i reinstall the entire theme?
Thank you and I truly appreciate your time effort in looking into this.

Hi,
The problem is that Shoppica uses the default OpenCart image upload function. We haven’t made any customizations here.
We’ve checked the files you have uploaded and everything seems to be on place. That is why, along with the fact that we have experienced cookie problems, we think that this is some server issue.
Can you try a different hosting installation?
