Installation problem

Fatal Error: Cannot find the framework utils file. The theme files are not properly uploaded. inxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/zekau.co.uk/admin/controller/module/shoppica2.php on line 9
I uploaded these files everone i could but still get this errorWhere do these files tb_extensions, tb_themes.

Can you please help i dont even mind you coming to my server and do it for me as i am sick and tired of this when there is zero documentation telling what these files are, why they there, what i should do with them. I’m stuck trieing to figure out what to do with them.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Unfortunately we were not able to access your server. The login details are correct, but just before the folders get listed, we receive a timeout error message.

Any clues?

no. When I try it works just fine. May be its your location. not sure.

Can you tell me where all files go and what to step by step.

ALL the files unlike the docs.

Hope you’ve checked theme documentation. There is a detailed step by step installation guide, where we explain which files you need to copy and where to place them. Here is a link of the online version:
