Issue with widgets and homepage

Hello, i got issues with two things. First of them is my widgets stop working. They doesn’t show up again. And two is homepage issue. I’m newbie with WP and on my homepage site appears various things like contact formula and checkout etc. There is siteurl: http://gadgetworld.sk Please help me fix those problems.
