Language pack problem with Shoppica2

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesShoppica 2 OpenCart ThemeLanguage pack problem with Shoppica2

This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi, I’ve bought the theme but after download and install the portuguese-br language pack from OpenCart site, when I switch to Portuguese the following error occurs:

Notice: Undefined index: 4 in /home/mwvadm/public_html/store/tb_themes/shoppica2/catalog/plugin/CommonPlugin.php on line 23 Notice: Undefined index: facebook_enabled in /home/mwvadm/public_html/store/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/common/header.tpl on line 32

Obs: This error only occurs when using Shoppica2 Theme, when I return to Opencart default theme, the changing languages process works just fine.

Regards.

Now is a fatal error!
I went to “modules” and then “Shoppica 2 CP” and hit EDIT, then there was a advice to install the demo database or something like that for the first time, I clicked to install it and now I have the fatal error:

What should I do?
What have I done wrong?

Are you sure you uploaded the tb_extensions/tb_banners folder ?

Yes, I’ve followed exactly the instructions winthin .zip package.
It’s working fine with english, but are you sure that Shoppica works fine with another language pack like Portuguese?

Regards.

Salomao.

Yes, we tested with another language pack but the error you have posted above – PHP Fatal error: ‘The following extension does not exists: tb_banners’, appears only if the tb_banners extension is not uploaded.

Can you send us more details about your site, so we can login and check ?

You can login if you want.

Yesterday I tried to install the other shoppica version, thats why seems to be a little messy, but the problem was before that, when I upload the portuguese-pt language pack.

You can change whatever you want inside /store folder.

OBS. Please, be careful but I would really appreciate your support.

Regards and thank you.

It seems you really didn’t follow the documentation and you haven’t uploaded the tb_extensions/tb_banners folder, as we suggested above. Please, do so, and your issues should go away.

Best,
ThemeBurn team
