maintenance mode appear in mozilla, internet explorer, and opera, but not chrome

i just installed the theme, and it looks great in google chrome. but when i check in mozilla or internet explorer, and in my phone, when i brows my site, it always appears maintenance mode… can u help me please	imelda21
