Hello,

Since moving the site, I’ve had issues with the theme, thank you for fixing the Layerslider issue. It seems I am having problems in other areas which I’ve tried to address and failed. I’m sure since you guys are way better than this and since fixing the previous issue, these will be minor for you to fix (I’m just not technical enough):

1/ When setting up the Woo commence currency converter as admin, the system requests at least 2 currencies to save it. When selecting all or any in the currencies tab and then clicking “Update” (similar to the Layerslider issue) it doesn’t save any selected currencies).

2/ Contact form messages aren’t getting through to .

3/ Re-captcha is not showing up in Contact form page or any Comments form and there is no way of confirming that it is integrated as part of form templates.

4/Can’t get ‘return to shop’ link to work on empty cart or checkout page.

I’ve attached screen shots if you need them.

Thank you!

Hello,

1) We set “Custom Rate” to GBP and update, and it is working fine now.

2 and 3) You have to configure Contact form and reCaptcha from Theme Options -> Widgets -> Contact form

4) You have to set Shop Base Page in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Pages

Hello,

Really appreciate all the great support you have given with this theme. I do have another issue, I’m not sure if this is a theme issue, but thought I would ask.

On the site, there are some free downloadable products available to customers. When a customer chooses to add a free product on its own, a email is sent to them with a link to download it. However, when they add a product (which has to be delivered) to the cart as well as a free product, the customer doesn’t ever receive the email in which they can download the free product from.

Is this something you can help with?

Thank you!

Hello,

This is not theme related problem, but we will check if we can find anything and let you know.

Hello,

I realised I have not given given you login details to fix this issue I had back in early December!

Please find them hidden below.

I also have just noticed another issue in that when I add anything to the cart, it reverts back to $0. I can get all the way through the check out process, but it is very confusing for customers.

We still do have the same issue mentioned above with the free downloadable products not attaching when when any other products from the site. My client has been sending them manually. So would really appreciate any help on that also.

Many thanks again!

Hello,

We have tried to apply the patch, but ftp folder is empty, can you check if you set the username to proper folder?

Hello,

We have tested the problem, but it looks like it is not from the WordPress System and it is from hosting configuration.

Price is 0 in both cart and checkout where ajax is used, please check your server SESSIONS if they are configure properly.

We have tested the site with default WordPress theme and the problem is there too.

Best,
